TapWise: Brain Reflex bir refleks ve dikkat oyunudur. Oyunu oynamak için hesap açmanız gerekmez. Bu sayfa, hangi verilerin toplandığını sade bir dille anlatır.

TapWise: Brain Reflex is a reflex and attention game. You do not need an account to play. This page explains, in plain language, what data is collected and why.

1. Kim olduğumuz

TapWise: Brain Reflex (“Uygulama”), Excfy — Abdullah Darçın (“biz”, “bize”) tarafından geliştirilmekte ve yayınlanmaktadır. Kişisel verileriniz bakımından veri sorumlusu biziz.

2. Bir bakışta özet

  • Oyunu oynamak için ad, e-posta veya telefon numarası vermeniz gerekmez.
  • Seviyeniz, seriniz, günlük görevleriniz ve ayarlarınız yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır.
  • Skorunuzu liderlik tablosuna göndermek için anonim bir kimlik yeterlidir.
  • E-posta adresiniz yalnızca Google, Apple veya e-posta ile giriş yapmayı kendiniz seçerseniz işlenir.
  • Uygulama reklam gösterir; bunun için Google AdMob kullanılır ve gerekli olduğu yerlerde izniniz sorulur.
  • Verilerinizi satmıyoruz, reklam amacıyla üçüncü taraflara kiralamıyoruz.
  • Hesabınızı ve sunucudaki verilerinizi uygulama içinden tek dokunuşla silebilirsiniz: Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabı sil.

3. Topladığımız veriler

Aşağıdaki tablo, sunucularımıza (Google Firebase) ulaşan tüm veri kategorilerini gösterir.

Toplamadığımız veriler: GPS/hassas konum, rehber, fotoğraf galerisi, mikrofon, kamera, sağlık verisi, SMS veya arama geçmişi. Uygulama bu izinlerin hiçbirini istemez.

4. Verileri hangi amaçla işliyoruz

Avrupa Birliği Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) ve 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) kapsamında dayandığımız hukuki sebepler:

Kişisel verilerinizle otomatik karar verme veya profilleme yapmıyoruz. Oyunun zorluk seviyesi cihazınızda, yalnızca o anki oyun performansınıza göre ayarlanır ve bu ayar sunucuya gönderilmez.

5. Reklamlar ve izinler

Uygulama ücretsizdir ve Google AdMob aracılığıyla geçiş (interstitial) ve ödüllü video reklamları göstererek finanse edilir. Reklam ağı, reklamları göstermek ve ölçmek için cihazınızın reklam tanımlayıcısını ve teknik verileri işleyebilir.

Onayınız nasıl alınır

  • Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı ve Birleşik Krallık: İlk reklam gösterilmeden önce Google’ın Kullanıcı Mesajlaşma Platformu (UMP) üzerinden bir onay ekranı görürsünüz. Reddederseniz oyun aynı şekilde çalışır; reklamlar yalnızca kişiselleştirilmemiş olur.
  • iOS 14.5 ve üzeri: Onay ekranından sonra Apple’ın “Uygulamanın etkinliklerinizi izlemesine izin ver” (ATT) sorusu gösterilir. İzin vermemeniz oyunu hiçbir şekilde kısıtlamaz.
  • Yaş ayarı: Uygulama çocuklara yönelik bir kategoride yayınlanmamaktadır ve reklam içerik derecesi Google tarafında “G” (herkese uygun) ile sınırlandırılmıştır.

Kararınızı sonradan değiştirme

  • iOS: Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → İzleme → TapWise
  • Android: Ayarlar → Google → Reklamlar → Reklam Kimliğini sıfırla / sil
  • AEA/BK onayınızı sıfırlamak için bize e-posta ile yazabilirsiniz.

6. Yalnızca cihazınızda kalan veriler

Aşağıdakiler sunucularımıza hiçbir zaman gönderilmez; cihazınızın yerel depolamasında durur ve uygulamayı sildiğinizde birlikte silinir:

  • Seviyeniz, deneyim puanınız (XP) ve kategori ustalık ilerlemeniz
  • Gün serisi (streak) ve günlük görev durumunuz
  • Ses, müzik, titreşim, dil ve bildirim tercihleriniz
  • İndirilen soru bankalarının önbelleği

Bu yüzden uygulamayı silip yeniden kurduğunuzda seviyeniz ve seriniz sıfırlanır; hesabınıza bağlı olan skorlarınız ise (giriş yaptıysanız) geri gelir.

7. Bildirimler

Günlük hatırlatma, seri hatırlatması, görev hatırlatması ve geri dönüş hatırlatması yerel bildirimlerdir: cihazınız tarafından, cihazınızda planlanır. Sunucudan gönderilen push bildirimi kullanmıyoruz ve bu nedenle bir push token toplamıyoruz.

Bildirimler varsayılan olarak kapalıdır. Her birini Ayarlar → Bildirimler bölümünden ayrı ayrı açıp kapatabilir, ayrıca cihazınızın sistem ayarlarından tamamen engelleyebilirsiniz.

8. Verileri kimlerle paylaşıyoruz

Kişisel verilerinizi satmıyoruz ve pazarlama amacıyla paylaşmıyoruz. Yalnızca hizmeti çalıştırabilmek için aşağıdaki hizmet sağlayıcıları kullanıyoruz:

Bunlara ek olarak, yasal bir zorunluluk (mahkeme kararı, resmi talep) bulunması ya da haklarımızı korumak için gerekli olması hâlinde verileri yetkili mercilerle paylaşabiliriz.

Game Center ve Google Play Games kullanımı isteğe bağlıdır. Bu servislere giriş yaparsanız, oradaki takma adınız ve skorlarınız ilgili platformun kendi gizlilik politikasına tabidir.

9. Yurt dışına aktarım

Google Firebase ve AdMob altyapıları Türkiye ve Avrupa dışındaki sunucularda da veri işleyebilir (özellikle Amerika Birleşik Devletleri). Bu aktarımlar, Google’ın Avrupa Komisyonu tarafından onaylanan Standart Sözleşme Maddeleri ve eşdeğer koruma taahhütleri kapsamında gerçekleşir. KVKK bakımından aktarım, açık rızanız ve/veya sözleşmenin ifası için zorunlu olması sebebine dayanmaktadır.

10. Saklama süreleri

  • Hesap ve skor verileri: Hesabınız var olduğu sürece. Hesabı sildiğinizde bu kayıtlar silinir.
  • Anonim soru istatistikleri: Kimliğinizle ilişkilendirilemeyecek biçimde özetlenir ve zorluk dengesi için süresiz saklanabilir.
  • Teknik kayıtlar: Google Firebase’in kendi saklama süreleri uyarınca (genellikle birkaç aya kadar).
  • Reklam verileri: Google’ın reklam veri saklama politikaları uyarınca.

11. Haklarınız ve hesap silme

GDPR, KVKK ve benzeri mevzuat kapsamında şu haklara sahipsiniz:

  • Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme ve bunlara erişme
  • Yanlış veya eksik verilerin düzeltilmesini isteme
  • Verilerinizin silinmesini (“unutulma hakkı”) isteme
  • İşlemenin kısıtlanmasını isteme ve işlemeye itiraz etme
  • Verilerinizi yapılandırılmış bir biçimde alma (taşınabilirlik)
  • Verdiğiniz rızayı geri çekme (geçmişe etkili olmaksızın)
  • Yetkili denetim makamına (Türkiye’de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu, AB’de yerel veri koruma otoritesi) şikâyette bulunma

Hesabınızı silme — en hızlı yol

Uygulamayı açın → Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabı sil. Onayladığınızda kimlik kaydınız, profil belgeniz ve liderlik tablosu skorlarınız kalıcı olarak silinir. Bu işlem geri alınamaz.

Alternatif olarak abdullahdarcin01@gmail.com adresine yazabilirsiniz. Talebinizi kimliğinizi doğruladıktan sonra en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırırız.

Kaliforniya sakinleri (CCPA/CPRA): Kişisel verilerinizi satmıyor ve “paylaşmıyoruz”. Bilme, silme ve ayrımcılığa uğramama haklarınızı yukarıdaki yollarla kullanabilirsiniz.

12. Çocukların gizliliği

Uygulama genel kitleye yöneliktir ve 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara özel olarak tasarlanmamıştır. Bilerek 13 yaşın altındaki kişilerden kişisel veri toplamayız (bazı ülkelerde bu sınır 16’dır).

13 yaşın altındaki bir çocuğun bize veri sağladığını fark edersek kaydı derhal sileriz. Ebeveyn veya vasi olarak böyle bir durumdan şüpheleniyorsanız lütfen abdullahdarcin01@gmail.com adresine yazın; talebinizi hızla işleme alırız.

13. Güvenlik

Veriler, aktarım sırasında TLS ile şifrelenir ve Google Firebase’in güvenlik altyapısında saklanır. Firestore güvenlik kuralları, bir kullanıcının yalnızca kendi kayıtlarını okuyup yazabilmesini sağlar; Firebase App Check ise uygulama dışından gelen sahte istekleri engeller.

Hiçbir sistem %100 güvenli değildir. Verilerinizi etkileyen bir güvenlik ihlali yaşanırsa, ilgili mevzuatın öngördüğü süreler içinde sizi ve yetkili makamları bilgilendiririz.

14. Bu politikadaki değişiklikler

Bu politikayı, uygulamaya yeni bir özellik eklendiğinde veya mevzuat değiştiğinde güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu adreste yayınlanır ve üst kısımdaki “son güncelleme” tarihi değiştirilir. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içinde ayrıca bilgilendirme yaparız.

1. Who we are

TapWise: Brain Reflex (the “App”) is developed and published by Excfy — Abdullah Darçın (“we”, “us”). We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

This policy covers the iOS and Android versions of the App and this website at tapwise.excfy.com.

2. At a glance

  • You do not need to give a name, email or phone number to play.
  • Your level, streak, daily quests and settings stay on your device only.
  • An anonymous identifier is all that is needed to post a leaderboard score.
  • Your email is processed only if you choose to sign in with Google, Apple or email.
  • The App shows ads through Google AdMob, and asks for your consent where that is required.
  • We do not sell your data and do not rent it to third parties for advertising.
  • You can delete your account and server-side data from inside the App: Settings → Account → Delete account.

3. Data we collect

The table below lists every category of data that reaches our servers (Google Firebase).

Data we do not collect: GPS/precise location, contacts, photo library, microphone, camera, health data, SMS or call history. The App never requests any of these permissions.

4. Why we process it

Our legal bases under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698):

We carry out no automated decision-making or profiling on your personal data. The game’s difficulty adapts on your device, based only on how the current run is going, and that state is never sent to the server.

5. Advertising and consent

The App is free and funded by interstitial and rewarded video ads served through Google AdMob. To deliver and measure those ads, the ad network may process your device’s advertising identifier and technical data.

How consent is obtained

  • European Economic Area and the United Kingdom: before the first ad, you see a consent screen served by Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP). If you decline, the game works exactly the same — the ads simply become non-personalised.
  • iOS 14.5 and later: after that screen, Apple’s “Allow the app to track your activity” (ATT) prompt is shown. Declining does not restrict the game in any way.
  • Age setting: the App is not published in a children’s category, and ad content is capped at rating “G” (suitable for everyone) on Google’s side.

Changing your mind later

  • iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → TapWise
  • Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Reset/delete advertising ID
  • To reset your EEA/UK consent choice, email us and we will help.

6. Data that never leaves your device

The following is never sent to our servers. It lives in your device’s local storage and is removed when you uninstall the App:

  • Your level, experience points (XP) and per-category mastery progress
  • Your day streak and daily quest state
  • Sound, music, haptics, language and notification preferences
  • The cache of downloaded question banks

That is why uninstalling and reinstalling resets your level and streak, while your scores come back (if you had signed in), because those are tied to your account.

7. Notifications

The daily reminder, streak reminder, quest reminder and come-back reminder are local notifications: scheduled by your device, on your device. We do not use server-sent push notifications and therefore collect no push token.

Notifications are off by default. You can turn each one on or off individually under Settings → Notifications, and block them entirely in your device’s system settings.

8. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data and do not share it for marketing. We use the following service providers purely to run the service:

In addition, we may disclose data to competent authorities where legally required (court order, official request) or where necessary to protect our rights.

Using Game Center and Google Play Games is optional. If you sign in to those services, the nickname and scores held there are governed by that platform’s own privacy policy.

9. International transfers

Google Firebase and AdMob may process data on servers outside Türkiye and the EEA, in particular in the United States. Those transfers take place under the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards committed to by Google. Under KVKK, the transfer relies on your explicit consent and/or its necessity for performing the contract.

10. Retention

  • Account and score data: for as long as your account exists. Deleting your account deletes these records.
  • Anonymous question statistics: aggregated so they cannot be linked back to you, and may be kept indefinitely for difficulty balancing.
  • Technical records: according to Google Firebase’s own retention periods (typically up to a few months).
  • Advertising data: according to Google’s advertising data retention policies.

11. Your rights and account deletion

Under the GDPR, KVKK and comparable laws you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your data is processed and access it
  • Request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request erasure (the “right to be forgotten”)
  • Request restriction of, and object to, processing
  • Receive your data in a structured format (portability)
  • Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting past processing)
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (the KVKK Authority in Türkiye, your local data protection authority in the EU)

Deleting your account — the fastest route

Open the App → Settings → Account → Delete account. On confirmation, your identity record, profile document and leaderboard scores are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.

Alternatively, write to abdullahdarcin01@gmail.com. Once we have verified your identity, we handle requests free of charge within 30 days at the latest.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): we do not sell or “share” your personal information. You can exercise your rights to know, delete and not be discriminated against through the routes above.

12. Children’s privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (under 16 in some countries).

If we learn that a child under 13 has provided us with data, we delete the record immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe this has happened, please write to abdullahdarcin01@gmail.com and we will act promptly.

13. Security

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and stored on Google Firebase’s security infrastructure. Firestore security rules ensure a user can only read and write their own records, and Firebase App Check blocks forged requests that do not come from the genuine App.

No system is 100% secure. If a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you and the competent authorities within the periods required by applicable law.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when a new feature ships or the law changes. The current version is always published at this address and the “last updated” date above is revised. For significant changes we also notify you inside the App.
